Signal Cycles is a small company that makes regular sized bikes in Portland, Oregon. It all started in 2007 when Nate Meschke and Matt Cardinal realized they had all of the necessary ingredients to start a bike shop: a passion for bikes, inherent drawing talent, years of experience turning wrenches and college degrees in Fine Art Painting. If that isn’t the perfect recipe for a badass bike shop then we don’t know what is… Signal Cycles is at the forefront of the new golden age of handmade bicycles and continue to fuel their creative fire with bikes that look, feel and perform like no other. We’ve featured the Myles’ Rain Bike (side note: Myles owns a cool book and paper shop in North East Portland called Ampersand) because of its sporty, dependable and versatile appeal… and the eye-catching, motorcycle inspired pearl blue color. It’s got all the features you could ever want in a bike and perfect for cruising around town. The price of a complete bike starts at about $5500.00, but the first step is putting down $500.00 just to get on the list… and the list isn’t getting any shorter so you better act fast.
